Q1: Is the house waterproof? Does it leak in heavy rain?
A: Our flat pack container house features a fully integrated drainage system. The roof is designed with a hidden gutter and downspouts in the four corner columns. Water is directed from the roof through the columns and discharged at the base, ensuring no leakage even in extreme weather.

Q2: How is the insulation? Can I live in it during hot or cold weather?
A: Absolutely!  The walls and roof are made of 50mm-100mm Sandwich Panels (Rockwool/EPS/PU options). These materials offer excellent thermal and acoustic insulation, keeping the interior cool in summer and warm in winter. We can also provide thicker panels for extreme climates like Northern Europe or the Middle East.

Q3: How long does it take to assemble one unit?
A: It's super fast!  Typically, 3 skilled workers can assemble one standard unit within 3 to 4 hours. Since it's a bolted connection system, no heavy welding is required on-site. We provide detailed 3D installation videos and manuals for your team.

Q4: How many units can fit into one shipping container?
A: This is the biggest advantage!  One 40'HQ shipping container can hold 6 to 8 sets of standard 20ft flat pack houses. This significantly reduces your ocean freight costs compared to pre-assembled or welded containers.

Q5: Can these units be stacked or combined?
A: Yes!  Our structure is designed for modularity. You can stack them up to 3 floors high and combine multiple units horizontally to create large open spaces like conference rooms, large offices, or dormitories. The internal walls are removable for flexible layouts.

Q6: What is the lifespan of a flat pack container house?
A: With proper maintenance, the lifespan is 15 to 25 years.  The main frame is made of high-quality Galvanized Steel, which is anti-corrosive and rust-proof. The surface is also powder-coated for extra protection against harsh environments.

Q7: Can I customize the interior layout, windows, and doors?
A: Definitely We offer full customization. You can choose the positions of windows and doors, the type of flooring (PVC/Laminate), and wall finishes. We can also pre-install kitchen cabinets, bathroom fixtures (toilets, showers), and electrical systems (CE/AS/NZS compliant).
